1. How do you price your proposal support services?  Proposal support service pricing is typically based on an hourly rate which ranges from $ 85 per hour to $ 200 per hour depending on the support required. We do offer discounted rates for long term contracts, and in some cases, we offer a combined reduced rate with award fee (requires a 6 month minimum retainer contract).

2. How do you price Privia?  Privia (TM) pricing is based on a per seat/per month basis. As a Privia partner we can provide month by month services as well as monthly changes in seat count to adjust to your changing needs. In order to maintain your presence in Privia, you must have at least one active seat. Privia support services (process design, implementation, etc.) is priced at our proposal services rates.

3. What are your win rates? We do not publish win rates because they are not all of the story. The most expert and competent proposal manager is not the only factor in determining a win. Proper market assessment, pricing, technical capabilities and skills, technical solution, management team, past performance are all important contributors to wins/losses.

4. If you are so good, why dont you provide your services on a commission basis?  As explained in Question 3 – no matter how good we are, as proposal managers/writers, we do not control all the factors that go into the end result. Our clients control the majority of the factors. As such, we could not remain in business if we were to work on commission only. However, we DO guarantee our work. If ever a proposal is lost because of an error made by our team, we will refund your money upon request.
